SHW - Padel Pals comes to Trade City Sydenham

SHW, on behalf of Knight Frank Asset Management and its client John Lyon’s Charity, has secured a new letting to Padel Pals at Trade City Sydenham, Bell Green, London.
The company behind ‘Bubble Football’ has taken Units B3 and B4, totalling 12,245 sq ft of modern warehouse space, in its mission to make Padel accessible to all. Following the letting of Unit B6 earlier this year to a window installation company, Trade City Sydenham is now fully let.
Located in an established industrial and retail warehouse location, adjacent to Halfords, B&Q, Sports Direct, Aldi and Sainsbury’s, Trade City is well-connected via road and rail in a busy part of South London, attracting a large customer base.
