SHW have completed the letting of the ground and lower ground floors of 8 Dorset Square on behalf of a private client.



The space formed part of a Grade II listed building, set in the attractive Dorset Square, just north of the Marylebone Road. The 2,381 sq ft space had formerly been occupied by a physiotherapist and upon completion of a high quality refurbishment, bringing out the best of the building’s period features, a new medical occupier who were previously based on Harley Street, was identified and terms agreed.

 

In order to give all parties piece of mind, SHW’s planning team obtained a Certificate of Lawfulness for Class E use, verifying that a medical occupier could use the premises.
