Tech Company secures new HQ

SHW are pleased to have completed the acquisition of 15,000 sq ft in Haywards Heath on behalf of a Brighton based tech company.
The tech company has taken a new 10 year lease at Gemini House and will shortly begin an extensive fit out to create a new lab facility and modern office space with a focus on collaboration.
James Bryant of SHW commented: "It has been great to work with this company to find a suitable HQ. It is also great news for Haywards Heath to be able to attract such an exciting business!"
The letting shows there is good demand for quality space in the South East with more occupiers looking to return to the office.
