On behalf of private clients SHW have successfully let Courtlands, Parklands Avenue, Worthing, an impressive 3 storey grade II listed building totaling 11,800 sq ft to a medical / community use provider.
Once works have completed it will provide an excellent space for people needing alternative care options, in addition to providing employment for the local economy.
From the initial viewing to completion the transaction took nearly 5 months due to the complexity of the building, planning and the level of works required. Persevering and getting this over the line shows that plugging away does pay off.
