Develop Croydon Walking Investor Tour 2021

This month saw a return of the Develop Croydon Investor Tour. The innovative and insightful guided walking tour of the borough gave the participants a first-hand view into the scale of development and the investment opportunities available in Croydon town centre and beyond.
The tour took a look inside London South Bank University's Croydon Campus, with insight from Richard Fenn, Director of Operations, a wander through Ruskin Square led by LendLease's construction project lease and a tour of the newly refurbished 69 Park Lane.
Richard Plant, Partner of SHW and Chairman of Development Croydon, who also presented on the day, remarked: "As partner at SHW, heading up Development Consultancy, I am in Croydon every day. But for me, it's not until you take time our to tour round the town and see the scale of regeneration in Croydon that you truly understand the massive change that is happening. Croydon is rising, and fast!"
