Sometimes office tenures aren’t straightforward – there can be a sudden need for a change of direction, and indeed change of address.
This was the case recently when third-party lease events in Wicker House, Worthing meant biopharmaceutical firm Parexel needed to find new premises quickly – and led to the largest office letting this year in the Bognor / Chichester / Littlehampton catchment area, where recent take-up has been low (2018 saw only 6,500 sq ft let).
SHW Business Space Partner Duncan Marsh was instructed to find a new Sussex base for the company and introduced the client to the first floor (7,922 sq ft) of the 29,000 sq ft Enterprise Hub, Littlehampton.
Duncan said: “A combination of quick thinking and intimate local knowledge led to great outcomes for all parties.”
