Revamping London's historic terraces

SHW London Residential Property Management, working in conjunction with the firm's Building Consultancy practice have commenced their first programme of external repair and redecoration of Great Cumberland Place, London on behalf of The Portman Estate in Marylebone.
The appointed contractor, Westminster Building Company and CDM Designer, Baily Garner (Health & Safety) Ltd have begun a 10-week programme of external repair and redecoration of all elevations. These works forming part of a detailed 10-year Planned Maintenance Report for the late c.18th town house.
The Property Manager Justin Dyer said: "It is good to see these works taking place on site, our first significant project to gather momentum following our appointment. We will all be working to ensure the works are executed to the very highest standard and both our client and the flat owners receive a great final product."
