Medical investment sale – East Grinstead


Over recent years there has been increasing interest from property investors in opportunities outside the four main sectors of residential, retail, office and industrial into what the property press has broadly termed the ‘alternative property investment sector’. SHW has recently sold a former chalet bungalow in East Grinstead let to a well-established dental practice at £30,000 per annum on a lease with just over four years unexpired.
