SHW Business Space have completed the 19,990 sq ft sale of Unit M, Fircroft Way, Edenbridge to Croydon-based Global Wholesalers Ltd.
Acting on behalf of Alsamex Products Ltd, a comprehensive marketing campaign was conducted before matching the property to the eventual buyer.
Business Space Partner Alex Gale said: "The chronic scarcity of stock in locations such Croydon means owner occupiers are looking further out, and consequently finding a little more space for the price as capital values are lower."
