Successful Relocation: Securing ideal premises for Lords Group of Companies

Following an extensive search for suitable premises for a relocation for our retained client, Lords Group of Companies, we identified this 10,270 sq ft of unit as being a suitably located unit falling within their size and rental criteria.

We negotiated terms for a new 10-year lease with tenant break clause after 5 years subject to a Schedule of Condition to limit the client’s future dilapidations liability. As tenants’ incentives package was also negotiated, as acquisition of the new premises coincided with the expiry of the clients existing lease, thereby avoiding double occupational costs.
