Tom is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer based in our London Office. He holds a bachelor’s degree in History and Economics from the University of York and a master’s degree in Real Estate from the University of Reading.

He specialises in Lease Advisory and Valuation and undertakes instructions across London and the South East on behalf of a range of clients. 

Recent experience includes: 

• Agreeing a rent review for an institutional client on an Industrial unit in Croydon of circa 30,000 sq. ft. securing an increase of almost 45%.

• Retained by a family property company to handle all landlord and tenant matters across a large retail portfolio in South London and the South East.

• Assisting with the annual valuation of a large mixed-use portfolio across London and southeast for accounts purposes on behalf of a family trust.

• Agreeing a lease regear on an office on Queen Annes Gate, SW1, on behalf of a private family office.
