Toby joined SHW's Professional Services team in 2026 as a Graduate Surveyor based in the London office. He holds a BSc in International Business from the University of Leeds and an MSc in Real Estate from Kingston University London.

He works across Lease Advisory, Leasehold Enfranchisement, Valuation and landlord and tenant matters. Toby is currently working towards his APC with the aim of becoming a Chartered Surveyor.

Outside of work, he enjoys playing football, skiing and watching rugby at Twickenham.
