About Stewart


Stewart is a Director in the Agency team specialising in industrial and office agency, lease consultancy and commercial development in South and East London, Kent and Essex. He has acted for a range of clients including institutional investors, property companies, local authorities, family trusts as well as private landlords and tenants.

 

Before qualifying as a chartered surveyor Stewart practised as a solicitor and has over 25 years experience in commercial property and the South East market.

 

Stewart’s work includes:

 

  • leasehold and freehold disposal and acquisition advice and agency
  • lease renewals
  • rent reviews and re-gears
