Recent projects include: 

• Agreeing a rent review for an institutional client on an industrial unit in Croydon of circa 18,500 sq ft securing an increase of almost 50%.
• Undertaking valuations for secured lending purposes on three industrial units in the wider Croydon area with a combined value of approximately £6 million.
• Retained by an institutional client to advise on all landlord and tenant issues on an industrial estate in Coulsdon.
• Agreeing a number of rent reviews for a client on a large multi-let office in Bromley.
