Sarah is an Associate in the South Coast Commercial Property Management Department, based in the Brighton office.

She has over 19 years’ experience working across leasing, asset management, and property management within high-profile commercial portfolios, acting on behalf of institutional landlords, private investors and public sector clients. She delivers a proactive and commercially focused service across a diverse portfolio, drawing on her earlier experience in London working with The Crown Estate and Grosvenor.

Sarah deals with all aspects of property management, ensuring assets are operated efficiently and in line with best practice, while supporting the long-term performance and sustainability of buildings.

Her responsibilities include rent collection, service charge administration, health and safety compliance, and the management of maintenance matters including appointing contractors and overseeing works. She is also involved in lease renewals, rent reviews and wider asset management initiatives to support value creation across her portfolio.
