Sam has 2 years of experience in assisting the management of various properties and tenancies - including flats, houses, blocks, Assured Shorthold Tenancies and protected tenancies. He assists in managing a portfolio of almost 300 properties spread across the South East Coast.

Sam's responsibilities include:

• Assisting the property manager in day-to-day management tasks to ensure excellent customer service is provided.
• Responding to emergency reports in the absence of the property manager to minimise inconvenience and damage to property.
• Instructing works authorised by the property manager and chasing where necessary to ensure swift implementation.
• Liaising with applicants, tenants and clients, assisting with a wide variety of enquiries.
• Carrying out the re-letting of vacant units either directly or by utilising local agents, including the creation of all required tenancy documents.
• Processing invoices to ensure prompt payment to our contractors.
• Processing new safety certificates in line with legal requirements and maintaining databases to ensure records are accurate and up to date.
• Corresponding with utility companies to ensure swift and accurate billing to vacant properties.
