Richard joined SHW in July 2025 as an Associate of the London Commercial Property Management Team. He has a Bachelor’s Degree from Oxford Brookes University and is a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

Richard has extensive experience managing a wide variety of assets from offices, retail, industrial, retail parks, care homes, leisure, etc.

Richard has experience of all aspects of commercial property management from initial onboarding of new instructions to rent collection, service charge administration and working closely with his clients and tenants to tailor the service provided to their individual needs.
