Rachel is a Graduate Surveyor working within our South London Industrial Team having previously worked in our London office in the agency team for 3 years.

Rachel specialises in the sales and lettings of industrial / logistics properties across South London. Her key lines of work include:

• Leasing and letting of industrial and logistics properties

• Sale of industrial properties to owner occupiers, investors and developers alike.

• Providing clients with strategic advice on the development of new build and the refurbishment of existing industrial schemes

In her role, Rachel is involved with schemes such as:

• 95,000 sq ft new build scheme, Prologis, Phase II Beddington Lane, Croydon

• 18-unit new build scheme for Chancerygate - The Works, Factory Lane, Croydon

• CR1 & CR2, Croydon – 110,000 sq ft 2-unit scheme for GLi

• 500 Purley Way, Croydon – 100,000 sq ft single unit, the largest in South London

• Saltwhistle Business Park, Redhill – 5-unit new build scheme
