Paul specialises in lease advisory work including re-gears on all forms of commercial property for Pension Funds, Institutions, Property Companies, private investors and occupiers in the South East.

Paul is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and provides Expert Reports for both landlords and tenants in third party rent review and lease renewal disputes.  He is a member of the Brighton and Hove Economic Partnership.
