Oliver Hodder works as a Junior Facilities Manager based at the Crawley office and has worked within facilities, in some form or other, since 2008.

During this time, Oliver has managed numerous Hard and Soft FM services and FM projects for various, notable organisations throughout the UK. He currently manages a commercial portfolio consisting of office and retail, where he consistently ensures regulatory compliance and tenant satisfaction, which he achieves by taking genuine pride in each site
