Oliver Andrew Joined in July 2025 as part of the commercial property management team following his graduation from the University of Reading upon completion of his BSc Real Estate course.

Oliver is an Assistant Commercial Property Manager with experience supporting the management of diverse commercial property portfolios. He works closely with landlords, tenants, and contractors to help ensure properties are maintained to a high standard, operating efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements.

Oliver is involved in a range of day-to-day property management activities, including tenant liaison, service charge administration, maintenance coordination, and assisting with financial and operational reporting. He is committed to delivering excellent customer service and building positive relationships with clients and occupiers.

With a proactive and detail-oriented approach, Oliver supports the effective management of commercial assets while helping to maximise value and enhance the occupier experience.

Oliver is now working towards completing his APC (assessment of professional competence) with the aim of becoming chartered.
