Kieran joined the professional division in June 2021, focussing primarily on lease advisory and rating matters.

Lease Advisory

Kieran undertakes pivotal roles covering lease renewals, rent reviews, and comprehensive consultancy across all types of commercial property.

Rating

Kieran is involved in a wide range of rating matters, catering to the distinct needs of various clients including those with investment portfolios, property developers, national retailers, automotive firms, and charitable organisations.

Kieran has graduated with a Masters degree in Real Estate (MSc). Furthermore, he is a chartered surveyor, successfully completing his APC qualification in October 2023.

In addition to his role at SHW, Kieran is a member of the RICS Matrics Brighton Committee. In this capacity, he is responsible for overseeing support groups for graduates and arranging networking events for young professionals.
