James McGuinnes joined SHW in June 2026 as an Assistant Commercial Property Manager, based in the Crawley/ Gatwick office. He joins us from Durham University as part of a placement year scheme where he will gain exposure to the real estate industry before returning to complete his Geography Degree.

Through his role at SHW, James will develop a comprehensive understanding of the property sector, supporting the management of a diverse property portfolio while building the professional knowledge and skills required for a future career in the industry.
