Henry joined SHW’s Professional team in May 2023 as a Graduate Surveyor having qualified from Kingston University with a First degree in Real Estate Management BSc (Hons).  Prior to this, Henry had 11 years property experience in residential estate agency handling the sale of over £200m in transactions.  He has now passed the APC and is registered as a member of the RICS.

Henry carries out Rating & Lease Advisory work both in London and across the South East on a wide range of properties and clients, ranging from individual owners and occupiers, developers and retailers to larger investment portfolios and a national charity.

Rating

Henry offers a range of Rating expertise aimed at saving clients time and money on their business rates including managing correct billing, ensuring any discounts/relief applicable have been applied, appealing business rates valuations and general business rates advice.

Lease advisory

Work includes lease advisory on lease renewals, rent reviews, acquisitions, disposals, strategic consultancy for all types of commercial properties.

Beyond his role at SHW, Henry co-chairs the company’s D&I committee, implementing measures to enhance equality, diversity & inclusion in the company.
