Elliot is an Apprentice Surveyor in the Office Agency team based in Guildford, supporting instructions across Surrey and the wider South East.

He assists with the letting, sale and acquisition of office accommodation and commercial buildings, working alongside senior team members to deliver advice to a range of clients including property companies, private landlords and occupiers.

Elliot’s role includes:

• Supporting the marketing and leasing of office space, including inspections, marketing materials and analysis of market evidence

• Assisting on freehold and long‑leasehold disposals, helping prepare information for sales and due diligence

• Contributing to asset management and refurbishment initiatives, including market appraisals and accommodation advice

• Supporting acquisition instructions, carrying out market research to identify suitable on‑ and off‑market opportunities
