Chris Birch joined us on 1^st March as a Senior Surveyor based in our Dartford Office. A member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) with more than 9 years’ experience specialising in industrial and office agency throughout South East London, Kent and the A13 Corridor. He also specialises in lease consultancy matters and general strategy including rent reviews, lease renewals and regears.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his young family, skydiving and competitive cycling.
