Alex joined SHW in April 2022 as a Graduate Surveyor, having completed a degree in Real Estate from the University of Reading.

He works in the Agency team within SHW’s South London and South East M25 offices, specialising in the valuation and disposal of commercial and residential property and development sites across London and the South East. He is currently working towards his APC with the aim of becoming a Chartered Surveyor.

During Alex’s time at SHW, he has primarily been involved with:

• Undertaking Red Book valuations of residential and development properties for loan security and other purposes
• Sale of commercial properties
• Sale of residential development opportunities
• Leasing and letting of offices, retail and light industrial premises
• Clients include on behalf of private vendors, Charities and Local Authorities

Outside of work, Alex enjoys travelling, cycling and spending time with his family.
