SHW has acquired a new lease on the third floor at 130 Wood Street, EC2 on behalf of a global investment management company.
A building-led requirement, with the search stretching right across central London from Victoria, up to Mayfair and St James and across to the City, the brief was to find a bright, smart floor in a presentable building that would be suitable for a global investment management company, without being ostentatious.
SHW’s Richard Williams says: “130 Wood Street met the criteria perfectly. A smart, staffed reception and a bright floor, approx. 8,500 sq ft, with natural light from three sides. Whilst the floor was fitted and nicely laid out, it didn’t quite fit the requirements for our client, so in came SHW’s BCD team who took on the project management of the ‘tweaks’ needed.”
Located in the heart of the City, just off Cheapside, the building is approached via a quiet street, but surrounded by world famous landmarks, restaurants and other excellent amenities.
