SHW - Advanced Access Platforms expands operations in Sutton

SHW, on behalf of a private investor, has secured a new tenant at 1 Sandiford Road, Kimpton Park Industrial Estate, Sutton.
The powered access company has taken the 8,841 sq ft industrial warehouse unit on a new 10-year lease as part of its business expansion.
SHW’s Alex Bond, says: “It’s great start to the year for the Sutton industrial market with the successful letting of fully refurbished unit to Advanced Access Platforms, who are expanding locally.
“In addition, nearby on the Kimpton Estate, Unit 1 Four Seasons Crescent is under offer in an off-market deal to another tenant elsewhere on the wider estate. Both Unit 8 Four Seasons Crescent, totalling 3,049 sq ft, and Unit 5, IO Centre Sutton - offering 3,686 sq ft - remain available to let.”
