James Clement and Henry Moloney are celebrating the successful outcomes from sitting their RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) and are now both qualified Chartered Surveyors.

James works in the Crawley/Gatwick business space agency team specialising in sales, lettings and acquisitions of offices and industrial properties across Sussex, Kent and Surrey.

Henry joined the Professional team in May 2023 as a Graduate Surveyor in the Rating Team having qualified from Kingston University with a First degree in Real Estate Management BSc (Hons). 

James Bryant, Director of SHW, says: “These passes are very well deserved and reflect the hard work and focus both James and Henry have put into their studies alongside their day jobs. A big congratulations to them both.”
