SHW acquires London builder merchant site and business

SHW, on behalf of a private client, has acquired the freehold interest in a 2.3 acre site in Syon Lane, Isleworth, along with the business interest of the builder merchant operator P.A. Seccombe & Son limited.
The family business, advised by Acorn Group, sought to sell the business and site together to ‘the right buyer’ able to offer the flexibility and commercial savvy required to acquire an independently owned trading business of this age.
