SHW - Plans underway for the Gatwick Region delegation at UK REiiF

Following two successful years, SHW has once again signed up to support the Gatwick Region Airport Economic Zone at UKREiiF 2026.

SHW’s Tim Hardwick joined the recent steering committee to shape the partnership’s presence at the largest events in the UK property calendar.

The partnership—initiated by place marketing specialists White Label Creative and led by London Gatwick, in association with the Gatwick Diamond Initiative—drives efforts to establish a strong economic identity for the region surrounding the airport. Its goal is to position the Gatwick region as a premier destination for investment, innovation, job creation, and long-term economic resilience.

 

A broad coalition of supporting partners from both the public and private sector will again be attending as part of the delegation.

 

Public sector partners confirmed to date include Brighton & Hove City Council, Horsham District Council, Reigate & Banstead Borough Council, Invest West Kent, West Sussex Country Council, Invest Chichester & Crawley Borough Council.

 

Private sector partners, Along with SHW, currently include Morgan Sindall Construction, Modus, Oander and White Label.

 

The Gatwick Region Airport Economic Zone (AEZ) is the UK’s first aviation-powered Economic Zone, established to unlock the collective potential of the region by leveraging the strategic role of London Gatwick. It brings together public and private sector partners to champion long-term, sustainable economic growth, position the region as a globally competitive destination, and create opportunities for all who live and work in the area.
