SHW - Holland & Barrett to open flagship store in Croydon

SHW, acting on behalf of the John Whitgift Foundation, has secured a new lease at 36 North End, Croydon for Holland & Barrett. The leading British health and wellness retailer, previously operating from two separate units in Croydon, will consolidate these outlets into a single flagship store, integrating its wellness and medical offerings under one roof.
The prominent corner retail unit comprises 8,193 sq ft. Ideally located in the heart of North End, Croydon's primary retail destination, the premises are adjacent to the Whitgift Centre entrance and within close proximity to the Centrale Shopping Centre.
