SHW - Besmoke expands at Ford Airfield Industrial Estate

SHW, on behalf of a London investor client, has secured a new letting and regeared existing leases for Besmoke at Ford Airfield Industrial Estates in Arundel, West Sussex.
The global supplier of clean smoke and grill flavours has now a total of 8,333 sq ft of warehouse/production space on the estate.
Duncan Marsh, Partner at SHW, said: “Ford Airfield Industrial Estate has proved to be very popular for local occupiers, given its superb location and close proximity to the busy A259 coastal road, which in turn links with the main A27 coastal highway to the north.”
