SHW Property is pleased to have represented the landlord in securing Mountain Warehouse Limited t/a Animal Clothing as tenants for 12-13 Bond Street, Brighton.
Animal clothing started in 1987 in the South West when two surfers created the first product. Over thirty years, it has grown into a leading lifestyle clothing brand. Notably, founder and CEO Mark Neale opened his first shop on Bond Street selling roller blades.
Bond Street in Brighton is a popular area with various shops, boutiques, and restaurants, making it ideal for Animals' business expansion.
