SHW ANNOUNCES NEW REGIONAL HEADS

SHW has announced the appointment of its new Regional Heads commencing 1st April 2024 for a period of five years.

Following the announcement that Alex Gale will take the position of Senior Partner, his previous role as Head of London and South London will be filled by Partners Gemma Quinn and Kevin Middle respectively.

 

Gemma Quinn is a Partner and Head of the Professional Services team, based in SHW’s London office. With her expertise focusing on Valuations and Leasehold Enfranchisement, Gemma works primarily as a Registered Valuer. Since joining SHW, Gemma has grown the Professional Services team, doubled its headcount and expanded its services in Ratings, as well as Valuations, increasing revenues and profits year on year.

 

Partner Kevin Middle manages the South London Property Management team. With experience of managing property on behalf of numerous clients across the South East, Kevins’ clients include property investment companies, Local Authorities, private landlords and LPA Receivers.

 

For the Crawley / Gatwick region, Peter Coldbreath will continue in the role of Regional Head for the next five years. Peter specialises in the sale, acquisition and valuational of residential development and investment opportunities, including greenfield and brownfield sites and redevelopment, advice to housebuilders, farmers, funds and local government. He is also an Expert Valuer.

 

And finally, Duncan Marsh, will take the Regional Head role for the South Coast. As a partner in the Agency team, Duncan concentrates on all aspects of commercial agency, including retail, industrial and office agency. He also advises developers and landowners in the sale and acquisition of residential lands and acts for tenants on relocation options.
