DOUBLE LETTING IN EASTBOURNE

On behalf of Canmoor, SHW have let 14 Alder Close, Eastbourne which forms two units totalling 20,000 sq ft.
The unit which was comprehensively refurbished has been let to East Sussex County Council and Go Plastic Pallets. This shows that if units are refurbished the tenants will come.
