SHW have now completed on the freehold sale of a 3,758 sq ft office building, John Bostock House in Faygate, Horsham on behalf of a private client. After only marketing for a matter of weeks SHW were able to generate good interest in the building resulting in a sale in excess of the £600,000 guide price with completion taking place shortly after instructing solicitors.
With limited supply of vacant freehold office blocks in the area, it was unsurprising that this opportunity was well-received in the market from both owner occupiers and developers looking to convert the building to residential. It was one of the quickest deals I have been involved in, our client was delighted.
