Emerald House, Epsom is a prime office investment which was acquired off market by SHW for one of our clients for £6,755,000.
The property is a refurbished office to grade A specification of approximately 17,000 sq ft. The property has been let to a a single tenant - Send for Help Ltd, for 10 years at a rent of £436,176 pax.
Send for help were an existing occupier in the Borough and are the largest lone worker protection provider in the UK, Europe and globally.
