Vistry Group has appointed SHW to manage its Linden Homes’ Watercolour housing development in Redhill, Surrey.
The built estate totals 551 residential units, comprising a mix of leasehold flats and freehold houses, on a 27‐hectare site in Merstham, north‐west of Redhill town centre.
Following receipt of planning consent, work has just started on a further 83 units on which SHW has also been appointed agent. This final phase will take an estimated 18 months to two years to complete.
Watercolour is our sixth instruction for Linden Homes and further cements our relationship with this very active housebuilder. The estate is a valuable addition to our London residential management portfolio and brings significant work to our building consultancy team on the back of the maintenance schedules.
The residential developer is now part of the Vistry Group, following Bovis’ acquisition of Linden Homes earlier this year.
