SHW advise on Crawley site acquisition for 32,000 sq ft Warehouse / Industrial new build
Barwood Capital in conjunction with Goya have acquired a site formerly known as 'The Nuts', London Road, Crawley to spec a 32,000 sq ft, £10m gross development value warehouse. This prominent development will be ready for occupation Q1 2019.

The last unit SHW let for Barwood & Goya was at Gatwick 55, Crawley which was let before construction."
