SHW have successfully obtained planning permission for the Diocese of Southwark to convert a vicarage to four flats and to erect four houses in the rear garden at Addington Road, Sanderstead.
After extensive research a number of reports were issued including:
SHW Development Consultancy are now handling the sale of the site.
Director of Planning Alex Bateman said: “It was a challenging site that had to address a former badger sett within the grounds and also had to secure suitable and safe access.
“The scheme delivers a mix of housing providing for family sized units in a sustainable location.”
