HMO-to-flats development sale - Croydon
SHW Development Consultancy have completed on the sale of 1 Benson Road, Croydon to a local private residential developer.
The property currently comprises a nine-bedroom HMO but with planning consent for substantial redevelopment of the whole plot. The proposed development shall see the existing Victorian dwelling converted to six one-bedroom apartments and a studio flat with the rear garden providing four town houses being arranged around a communal landscaped amenity area.
SHW Development Consultancy Director Richard Pillow said: "The redevelopment of this dwelling into seven flats and four houses will be of benefit both to the Borough providing much needed additional housing."
