Eastbourne retail deals digest
SHW Business Space have completed a series of retail lets in and around Eastbourne. Firstly, the world's largest milkshake bar company Shakeaway have opened an outlet in East Sussex's second largest conurbation at 163 Terminus Road.
Furthermore, 4a St Mary's Walk, Hailsham was let to AF Tax Solutions Ltd and we have also arranged a ten-year lease for 38 Meads Street, Eastbourne to create a new brasserie in the town.
Eastbourne's Arndale Centre is currently undergoing an £85million renovation project attracting the likes of fashion brand Jack Wills and Danish home design house Flying Tiger as anchor stores.
James Hamblyn of SHW Business Space said: "There is an appetite for retail space in the town and surrounding areas, both in traditional 'boulevard' zones as well as the Arndale."
