Bizspace acquires 30,000 sq ft ex-Body Shop HQ
Flexible workspace provider Bizspace have acquired Enterprise Hub, Littlehampton - 30,000 sq ft of offices which used to be the UK HQ of Body Shop.
SHW acted for vendors Morrisons - a transaction which follows the recent trend for significant growth in the serviced office sector. Bizspace will create 73 new flexible workstations available on short-term contracts-the first provision of this type of workspace in the town.
