SHW have advised Subway® franchisees for circa 15 years in Greater London, Hampshire and Sussex and are proud to now be also representing them in Kent and Surrey. The recent instruction coincides with SHW opening a new office in Bromley to cover South East London and Kent.
Since SHW's appointment Subway® have exchanged contracts on a site in the Maidstone suburb of Langley and continue to seek sites in suitable locations across the region.
Hemina Haque MD of KS Development, the development agent for Subway® in Kent and Surrey said: "We recently decided it would be to our advantage to work closely with a property agent and having met with a number of firms we decided the experience SHW have with Subway® sites and their knowledge of both Kent and Surrey would be of great benefit to us in our expansion plans."
SHW Partner Nigel Evans said: "We are delighted to add Subway® Kent and Surrey to the territories where we are seeking new sites for Subway. We have advised Subway on approximately 250 acquisitions and we continue to urgently search for more sites. In the Kent and Surrey area we are tasked with securing at least ten more sites over the next year."
Subway® stores generally are between 500 and 1,250 sq ft and can be located in town centres, leisure parks, office locations and out of town drive to and thru locations. They require A1 planning use.
