Nick joined SHW in December 1987 and started running the Investment Department in January 1989. 

Nick specialises in investment agency, advising both buyers and sellers ranging from the private individual up to the larger institution and corporate clients. 

Over the last 25 years Nick has acquired and sold numerous Investment properties, mostly commercial but some residential, throughout the South East, but specialising in Sussex, Surrey, Kent and Hampshire.  

Nick served as Honorary Secretary of the Sussex Branch of the Incorporated Society of Valuers and Auctioneers until they merged with the RICS in 2000.  In addition to his role at SHW he also serves as a non-executive Director to a number of local and London based property investment companies.
