Amber is based in the Brighton office and has extensive experience in all core Building Surveying duties with a particular focus in the design and specification of both commercial and residential properties. In conjunction with these refurbishment projects, Amber also carries out complex Party Wall, Defect Analysis, Measured Surveys, Contract Administration, and Project Management duties.

Amber is also solely responsible for a portfolio of 250 modern build and Grade II listed residential and retirement properties, acting as Contract Administrator, ensuring cyclical maintenance, defect analysis, remediation and major works are carried out in line with Local Authority Planning and Building Regulations
