New Hanningtons Estate – open, looking great and we have office availability!

Commercial, Development, Retail & Leisure

Hanningtons Lane forms part of the Hannington Estate, historically one of the most iconic retail destinations in Brighton. For the last two years, Redevco have been carrying out extensive renovation works in order to create Brighton’s new retail and cultural quarter. The new lane is now open, once again restoring the area as one of the most exciting retail attractions in the city.

Hanningtons Lane perfectly captures the best of the Lanes with every elevation, shopfront and colour being carefully chosen to create a great environment for the tenants and visitors.

A selection of premium retailers and existing independents have already been secured for the Lane development, to include Habitat, Oliver Bonas and Watches of Switzerland.

SHW have been marketing the office accommodation in the scheme, part is now under offer but we still have some availability at 10-14 Hannington Lane. These Grade ‘A’ offices offer charming views over Gingerman’s The Flint House, Puget’s Cottage (considered the oldest house in Brighton) and Hannington Lane’s impressive Green Wall.

Alternatively, we are marketing a large open plan office offering over 3,000 sq ft on a single floor plate. The ‘Grade A’ space boasts an impressive floor to ceiling height and sits on the corner of North Street and Pugets Lane.
