According to a recent Independent article Epsom and Ewell is one of the top ten happiest places in the UK.
A number of noteworthy companies have recently decided to lease space in the town, making the most of the wide range of amenities in the town including the Ashley Shopping Centre, coffee shops, restaurants, gyms and cinema. The recent inclusion of Epsom Station within the TFL Oyster Zone is also a big positive for occupiers.
